Sign in Open the app anyway

You do not need to sign in to draw a course, measure it or export the map. Signing in fetches the license key for a pass you have already bought, so a new laptop is one click instead of a search through your email.

You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password — whichever your district allows. Your key was also emailed to you when you bought the pass, and it can be pasted straight into the app.

We are missing a few details for this account — a name, a school, what you do and your state.

The Windows app

CourseChalk also runs as a program on Windows. In the app, click Sign in at the top right, then Sign in with your browser. It connects to this account and turns your pass on. It then shows under “Where you are signed in” as “CourseChalk app on Windows”.

Buying for a school

Your school can buy passes on a purchase order, Net 30. Make a quote here and give it to your business office. When the purchase order comes, add its number below with one coach email for each pass. Each coach gets a key on the day we accept the PO.

    Manage your account

    Sign in works with Google or a password. Either way it reads one thing: your email address. Nothing here is a subscription — a season pass simply runs out at the end of July.

    This account has no password yet — it signs in with Google. Setting one is useful if your district ever blocks Google accounts.

    At least 8 characters. Length beats symbols, and passwords found in public breach lists are refused.

    We will send a confirmation to the new address. Nothing changes until you click it, and your season pass moves with you.

    Delete your account

    This removes your account, the details on it and every meet saved in it — download any you want to keep first (in the app: My meets, then Download all). Your season pass keeps working — a license key is a signed file, not a row in a database, and the copy in your app is untouched. Keep the email carrying your key, because there will be no account left to fetch it from.

    One entry per device you have signed in on, the Windows app included. Ending one signs that device out immediately.
